Macaronni and Cheese
285g Grated White Cheese
425 ml Cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter (plus 1 tbsp for boiling pasta)
Dash of salt
Splash of hot sauce
Hint of nutmeg
Dried breadcrumbs
1. Boil water with salt and 1 tablespoon butter. Add the pasta and cook 9 to 11 minutes or until done to your taste.
2. Bring the cream to a simmer in a small saucepan and then add the butter and stir until melted. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Then stir in the salt, hot sauce , and nutmeg and simmer for several minutes.
3. Toast the breadcrumbs in a dry pan.
4. Once cooked, drain the pasta and put it in a pan or dish and pour the cheese sauce over the pasta making sure everything is coated. Cover with toasted breadcrumbs and serve hot.
Wings
Olive Oil
Hot sauce
Brown Sugar or Molasses
500g chicken wings
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1. Set the oven to bake at 160 C
2. Put the wings on parchment paper or a nonstick pan and lather in olive oil. Add salt pepper and paprika powder.
3. Mix the hot sauce with the brow sugar and a bit of water till you get a syrup, alternatively use molasses and a dash of water.
4. Bake for 1:15 and lather in sauce then bake 20 more minutes. The wings are done when they’re almost falling off the bones.
Note: Serve with blue cheese or ranch.
